From the initial email, as stated previously, I treat you like family!
My website includes photos as examples of my editing style and work. It also includes my pricing information to help potential clients see if my business in within their budget. When I receive an email, it is typically from a potential client that has looked at my website, seen my editing style, checked out my social media pages and pricing information. That’s when the fun begins!!
If the email is received through my website links, they come with a questionnaire, so I have a pretty good picture of what type of session the client is looking for. From there, we can iron out details and start looking at available dates to book! I believe in showing the pricing information for a few reasons. 1. It helps saves potential clients time and energy when we may not be a great fit for each other, while also saving me time answering emails so I can focus my time on my clients and serious inquiries.
The next step, is an in-person, FaceTime or phone consultation to truly get the know my clients! During this consultation we can discuss specific details, location information, available session dates, the contract and retainer process, session information and the gallery delivery service website and print ordering.
All contract and invoices are done online through the gallery service website. The contract is a legally binding contract to ensure and protect both the client and 325 Photography, in the case of cancellation and ensuring rights to the photos. The invoice is linked tot he contract and they are sent together. The invoice is for the total amount for photography services. The non-refundable retainer is due at the time of signing of the contract. The non-refundable retainer secures the date(s) on the calendar!
The day of your session is reserved for all of the fun! We will play music, dance and I love giving movement and posing prompts! This creates movement in the session and helps with fluidity and a genuine feeling to the photos! A few key requests from photographer to client on the day of to help create the best possible experience for everyone!
My editing style can be found on my website and on my social media accounts. If you haven’t already checked out my social media pages or website. My editing style is pretty natural, bright, crisp, airy with slight warm undertones. There are a few exceptions to this editing style depending on the theme of the session (Ex: Boudoir sessions)
As stated previously, all sessions come with the entire edited gallery! All photos are delivered in a professional manner through a gallery delivery service website, typically 2-3 weeks after your session date with sneak peeks sent out typically within a week! All photographs are available for instant, high-resolution download. The gallery delivery service is also connected to a print shop and has availability to order prints, canvases and other fun products straight through the website! The reason for this, is because the print shop is equipped to print the high resolution and edited images, whereas online photo ordering sites (Ex: Shutterfly, CVS, Etc.) do not have as sophisticated printers and are not designed to print high-resolution, edited images. I highly recommend ordering through the website for high quality photographs that match and represent the photos you see in your online gallery!
